Yes! As long as your pet is on a leash.
At Drake’s 7 Dees, we want you to be happy with your purchase, however we know things do not always work out as planned. We will be happy to accept returns within the following guidelines:
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase.
- Must be accompanied by receipt and in the original condition as purchased.
- Refund will be in the form of credit card or store credit. We DO NOT give cash back.
- After 7 days no refunds, credits or exchanges will be issued.
- Delivery and Service charges are non-refundable.
- We do not refund or replace replacements.
- All clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
While we carefully select our plants for you and trust that they will be given reasonable care upon leaving, we offer the following guarantee:
- All Hardy Trees, Shrubs and Perennials (Zone 7 and below) are guaranteed for 90 days.
- Houseplants guaranteed for 7 days.
- No guarantee on Annuals and Vegetables.
- No guarantee for Landscape Designer or Contractor purchases.
- Both plant and receipt are required.
- No guarantee on Clearance Items.
- Plants that have not been properly cared for will not be replaced.
Drake’s 7 Dees Return Policy and Plant Guarantee are subject to the discretion of the Manager.
