Fall Winterization
Winterizations begin in mid-October.  Our fall winterization includes:

• Turning your water off
• Opening drain valves
• Blowing water out
• Closing drain valves
• Guaranteed work

Systems should be winterized by Thanksgiving.  We cannot winterize a system when it is below  34°F outside, so don’t delay!  Winterizations done after the first freeze cannot be guaranteed against freeze damage.

Spring Activation
As soon as the threat of a damaging freeze has passed, we’ll re-visit your home to activate your system. Our spring service includes:

• Turning water on
• Inspecting each zone
• Inspecting each head
• Optimizing spray coverage
• Performing a backflow test
