When you visit our Garden Center, you’ll walk in as a customer and walk out as part of our family. Our staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. We’ll make sure that you not only find every thing you need, but that you have a good time doing it. After all, we’re the place where garden dreams come true. With that in mind, at our customer’s requests, we offer the following services.

DesignScape Service

Drake’s DesignScape program is the answer for customers wanting a great landscape with a do-it-yourself approach and professional results. Whether you are an experienced gardener, a new home owner, don’t know a pansy from a mugho pine, or just plain bored with how your yard looks, DesignScape is the perfect solution. DesignScape will save you time and money. Our professional staff knows that a tailor made design, with the right plants placed in the right place also saves resources.

The program is simple. You supply measurements and photos of your yard.  A DesignScape professional will spend time with you touring the garden center, showing you plant options, and getting to know you and your preferences. Then we create a planting plan just for you.  

DesignScape customers pay one fee: $500 for the front yard and/or $1,000 for the back yard*.  They receive the planting plan, plus store credit for the entire fee to be used on plants and materials needed for the plan.

Tree Planting Service

Got your eye on a more beautiful tree, but your back is saying “no”? We can help. We know our customers have other things to do with their valuable time and not everyone can lift the tree in the size they want planted. Drake’s has a tree planting service that will suit your budget as well as make your life easier and pain-free. Check with our staff to get the details on our tree planting service.

Gift Certificates  

Yes, we have them. Any amount for any occasion. A very popular gift for the gardener, newly married couple, special anniversary or memorial, as well as a “just because I love you” gift.
